There is a secure order form located in the bottom frame of our web page if your internet software allows the use of frames. If your software does not allow the use of frames, the Secure Order Form can be opened on a seperate page. The order may be changed any time before submitting it. When ready to securely submit the order, scroll the order form down to fill in shipping and payment information. For each game item being ordered, please include the three letter GAME code in the appropriate column before the title. This is necessary because many games have items available with identical titles such as "Player's Handbook" or "Game Master's Screen". All prices listed already include any discounts. With a few exceptions, the listed prices include a discount of approximately 20% off of the cover price on most in-print games. Do not deduct any further discount off of the prices listed. We will assume that you only want one of each item ordered unless you indicate otherwise. Due to higher shipping costs, discounts might not be available on some board games and other heavier items. Email confirmation of orders will be sent within 48 hours except for weekends and holidays. Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours of order confirmation. Most books, role playing, board, and card games are in stock and will ship within 24 hours of order confirmation. Any items which are not in stock can usually be obtained from regional warehouses and shipped within 72 hours. If any items are not available for shipment within 72 hours, we will contact you before shipping the items that are available to find out if you still want us to ship the available items and either ship the unavailable items when they become available or send a refund along with the order for unavailable items. Credit cards will only be charged for items that are available and will not be charged until the day the items ship. Media mail shipping is free within within the United States. Orders shipped by media mail usually arrive within two weeks of shipment. Priority Mail within the United States is an additional $2.00 per item. Orders shipped Priority Mail usually arrive within three days of shipment. Please contact Futurelore for exact shipping charges for orders outside of the United States or orders shipped by other methods such as by U.P.S. or Federal Express. There are never any handling or packaging charges at Futurelore except for the $2.00 handling charge on orders under $30.00. All prices are in United States Dollars. Shipment to countries outside of the United States Of America or shipment by methods other than U.S. Mail will require us to calculate the exact shipping charges. Since Futurelore is located in the state of South Dakota, 6% sales tax will be added only to orders shipped to addresses within South Dakota. You are responsible for payment of any sales, use, or import tax due to your state, province, or country if they require a payment of tax on items received through the mail on which sales tax has not been paid. Please fill in the your name and address as you would like it to appear on the address label when your order is shipped. Be sure to include any necessary additional information on the Address line besides street address, such as mail box number or apartment number. Credit card companies require that orders charged to a credit card be shipped to either the card's billing address or to an alternate shipping address listed with the credit card company for that account. If you would like us to respond to your order to confirm that it was received and to inform you of any items that are not in stock or of any other problems with your order, please enter enter an e-mail address where you can receive our response. If you do not have an e-mail address and would like us to confirm your order by telephone, fax, or mail before it is shipped, enter the information under Comments Or Questions. Enter any additional information we may need to fill your order such as a preferred shipping method other than Media Mail or Priority U.S. Mail, additional address information, instructions concerning your order if one or more items are not in stock, or other ways to contact you about your order if you do not have an e-mail address. You can also use this space to ask other questions about ordering or about particular items before actually placing an order. We accept payment from customers within the United States by cash, check, or money order through the mail. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card through our secure server, by mail, by telephone, or by fax. Credit cards are not charged until the day the order ships. If you indicate that we should keep your credit card number on file for future orders, you will not have to submit your credit card information again unless the card has expired. Credit card numbers are not stored on an internet accessible computer. If you indicate that we should not keep your credit card number on file, you will have to submit it with each order. In addition, we accept payment through Paypal, an online payment system. If you would like to pay through some other online payment system or by some other method, please contact us and we will try to accomodate your request.
